Delivering for Detroit and Dearborn

Addressing ongoing environmental concerns, improving access to mental and physical health, and helping to provide an atmosphere for small businesses to thrive in the community of District 4.

People Over Politics

MI State Representative Karen Whitsett has lived in the same neighborhood for over 50 years. She has served the people of her community for decades and as your representative in Lansing since 2019.

She will never let politics interfere with her mission to help the people and neighbors she loves in District 9.  She is a member of three important house committees of the Detroit Caucus, the Legislative Black Caucus, and the Labor Caucus.
